We loved our lovely stay at The Nayland Hotel a lot. Everything was good during our 2-night stay with our kids. The location was great; there was an expansive park nearby and the area was peaceful. The staff was superbly friendly and amicable, the room was modern. The breakfast at the nice restaurant included boiled eggs, butter, jam, cheese, and toast, which we much appreciated.

The rooms were a good size, practical, and had amenities like coffee, tea, and a safe; the location was fantastic being just a one-hour walk from Buckingham Palace.
