We had a lovely four-night stay in a double room where the bed felt like a cloud and the shower was always hot, making it a cozy retreat. There were nice spots to relax, like a small bar and cozy lounge area to unwind in. The WiFi could be a bit dodgy at times, but it didn’t ruin our experience—just a small hiccup! 😊

Great location with helpful staff
Had a decent stay. The staff were super friendly and helped us out a lot, especially when we needed info. The room was clean, but it got kinda hot down in the basement with no fan! The bar area was nice for grabbing a drink after a long day. Lots of nearby hotels with similar prices though.

The location was superb. Only a short walk from Paddington Station, making travel easy. The room was small but cozy, equipped with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom with a good shower, and heating. Breakfast included fresh pastries and cereals. Free hot drinks were available in the lobby, which was a nice touch.

The perfect location provides quick access to public transport and nearby attractions. Despite the small room, it was comfortable with reasonable storage, and the bed offered peaceful sleep. However, WiFi was unreliable in the room, the breakfast options were minimal, and the reception staff lacked warmth, making service feel distant. The kitchen staff were friendly, adding a touch of hospitality amidst mixed experiences.

Had an amazing stay with friends! We loved being close to Paddington Station, which made it easy to access all the sights. Our walk to Hyde Park was enjoyable. The bed was super comfy, and the staff were friendly. Expect basic breakfast, but there’s plenty of eateries around!
WiFi was pretty poor in our room, which made it hard to browse. It was frustrating since we needed to look up places to visit.
